Your job:
Business Analyst
Play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and smart software solutions!

Responsabilities:
Implementation of Odoo:  analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimize business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve the efficiency of client firms.
Partner Network Management:  support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of the Italian firms.
Training & Support:  share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.
Product Improvement & Development:  collaborate with our Product Owners by sharing valuable feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst:  from 1 to 3 years of experience
Fluent in  Italian (C2)  and  English (C1)
Analytical Thinking:  identifies patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
Project Management:  manages timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Technical Affinity: familiar with data analysis tools, Excel, or business intelligence platforms

Nice to have:
Previous experience in  implementing ERP or management software
Passion for IT

Hybrid work modality
(3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)
