Role Objective  The Revenue & Distribution Trainee will work with the Director of Revenue & Distribution Strategy and the Revenue team to support all revenue strategies across all IHC hotels. He/She works closely with revenue colleagues and other departments, including digital marketing, sales and operations teams at each hotel.
Mandatory Requirements   Excellent Excel skills and high‑level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools.
Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Must be EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa.
Skills You Will Gain   Expertise of OTA’s – Extranet, functionality, etc.
Operational knowledge of RMS.
Knowledge of Rate Shopping software.
Knowledge of some of the IHC PMS:
OnQ, Opera, Protel.
High motivation, determination and commitment.
Excellent analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.
Highly goal‑oriented.
Excellent team‑working skills.
Good listening skills and ability to anticipate business needs.
Ability to develop relationships with 3rd parties and hotel teams.
