Responsibilities
특수한 도구를 사용하고 문서화된 절차 및 정책에 따라 문제를 진단하고 필요한 부품 및 도구의 파악 및 준비를 포함한 복잡성이 비교적 낮은 수리를 수행합니다.
문서화된 일정 및 표준에 따라 엔진과 관련 구성요소에 대한 예방적 유지보수 활동을 현장에서 수행합니다.
해결되지 않은 문제를 더 경험이 많은 현장 서비스 기술자 및/또는 직속 상사에게 보고합니다.
수기 양식 또는 비즈니스 시스템 입력 화면을 통해 서비스 워크시트, 시간 기록표, 보증 청구, 품질 문서와 같은 필요한 문서화를 수행합니다.
부가적인 고객 서비스 기회를 파악합니다.
기술 및 비즈니스 요구 사항에 맞추어 교육을 완료합니다.
서비스 차량 및 도구를 깨끗하게, 올바르게 작동하도록 유지합니다.
모든 관련 건강, 안전 및 환경 정책, 절차 및 법규에 부합하도록 하고 모든 문제 / 사고를 현장 관리진 및 직속 상사에게 보고합니다.
Qualifications
견습 교육을 받은 엔진 기술자(선호)
관련 기술 교육 기관의 직업 교육 과정 이수자
현지의 유효한 운전 면허증 소지자
