Head of FP&A
Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Group Head of FP&A to lead the group’s financial planning and analysis activities. This position is critical in supporting business decision-making through insightful financial analysis, forward-looking planning, and close collaboration with local finance teams.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-growing, multi-country environment with a lean team structure and a strong performance-oriented culture.
Organization :
Direct Report to Group CFO
Main Responsibilities
Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes across the Group.
Develop standardized templates and processes for country-level planning to drive consistency.
Consolidate and analyze financial data from country teams to produce actionable insights.
Partner with business and country leadership to understand performance drivers and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses to senior leadership.
Establish robust performance tracking tools aligned with strategic goals.
Continuously enhance planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Foster strong collaboration between central and local finance teams, promoting shared ownership of results.
Integrate financial planning processes of newly acquired entities into group-wide budgets and forecasts.
Profile Requirements :
5-7 years of experience in FP&A roles within international or multi-country companies.
Experience in Audit / Transaction Services is a plus.
Strong command of financial modeling, business partnering, and data visualization tools.
Experience working in a lean, decentralized finance environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate central-local interactions.
Fluency in English required; other European languages are an advantage.
