The team works closely with CBRE’s Capital Markets and other business lines to deliver strategic and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst , you will be actively involved in all stages of transactions, from origination to closing. You will take ownership of specific tasks and have the opportunity to interact directly with clients alongside other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze real estate and corporate investment opportunities, as well as financing options
Develop financial models for various asset classes and purposes (financing, valuation, transaction analysis)
Prepare presentation materials (Teasers, Information Memoranda, Pitches, Market Reports)
Conduct market research and trend analysis relevant to the real estate industry
Support structured processes, including client meetings, property tours, and roll-up sessions
Collaborate closely with Capital Markets teams and other CBRE business lines
Assist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations
Gain in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector, lenders, investors, and key performance metrics
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, or Corporate Finance
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
2–3 years of experience in capital advisory, M&A, real estate finance, or corporate finance
