Overview
Adecco Credit & Banking selects a recent graduate to join the AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) team as a Back Office specialist in Investment Funds. The role focuses on providing analytical, operational and reporting support across the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Analyze prospectuses and related documentation (Contract Notes, Capital Account Statements) in accordance with the Banca d’Italia regulatory framework for FA, TA and MO.

Monitor SLA compliance with clients, global teams and service providers; oversee quality of delivered services.

Gather data for periodic service reviews and manage client change requests, defining requirements and commitments to outsource rs.

Provide operational support to clients, auditors and distributors; collaborate with providers as needed.

Control and manage typical fund operations (commitment, capital call, subscription/repayment, equalisation, portfolio valuation, NAV calculation—official and soft, corporate actions, securities reconciliation, and liquidity).

Handle specific activities for real‑estate funds (active/passive invoicing cycle and VAT ledger management).

Process payments, calculate participant taxes and perform regulatory and fiscal reporting (AUI, Anagrafe Tributaria, Banca d’Italia, Assogestioni, FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, accounts).

Compute complete NAV for in‑house alternative funds and provide NAV services for Asset Owners.

Manage investment instructions and calculate adjusted prices for alternative funds held by Asset Owners.

Monitor KPI and operational statistics on volume and processes; produce daily publications.

Qualifications

Degree in economics, finance or related field.

Preferable experience with administrative activities in the funds sector.

Strong command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Precision, analytical ability, problem‑solving skills, operational efficiency, pro‑activeness and customer orientation.

Fixed‑term contract via temporary agency (initially 6 months, extendable for another
6) under CCNL Credit, salary RAL 35 000 €, full‑time (37 h/week), based in Milano.
