Finance Assistant Internship

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a  Finance Assistant (Internship)  to join our Finance Team in our Milan offices. Reporting to the Finance Manager, he/she will provide support in the following activities:

Roles & Responsibilities :
Billing process to clients and collect payments, reporting to the Finance Manager;
Support in administrative tasks mainly in account receivable process;
Issuing invoice to client;
Sent electronic invoice;
Collect support document to client from other departments;
Ensure correct timing;
Support in relationship with client to collect payments;
Support controller colleagues by guarantee the timing of billing process;
Generating reports for internal use.

Attitude & Attributes:
Good IT skills
Good communicator both verbal and written (in English as well);
Able to show the right professional approach;
Be able to maintain strong attention to detail;
Extremely passionate, positive and proactive;
Excellent aptitude for teamwork and a collaborative approach.
