Position: Turn Over Coordinator

Mission
Manage the achievement of the System Completion objectives, as defined in project Hand-over procedure and other Project plans and schedules, for the purpose of handing-over the plant, guiding and monitoring the activities carried out by the various disciplines and parts of the Site organization involved in the completion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering and Project Control) according to established sequences and in perspective of overall optimization.
While coordinating the interface between the Construction and Commissioning Teams to ensure the progressive achievement of the Mechanical Completion, he/she leads and manages clear communication and reporting for all matters pertaining the System Completion throughout the computerized Completion Management System adopted for the project.

Activities and Main Responsibilities
His/Her main duties and responsibilities are the following:

• To coordinate, monitor and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the implementation of Mechanical Completion System and the Mechanical Completion Tool;

• To promote all the action necessary to provide the final completion subsystem/ system, for subsequent and over to the downstream pre-commissioning works;

• To monitor that the system/subsystem are completed according to the priority defined in the precommissioning / commissioning schedule;

• To ensure the progress updating for certification completion and punch list close out;

• To ensure the Client’s involvement to obtain the approval of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) completion and subsequent hand over to Client;

• Participate to the activities addressed to the arrangement of the Handover presentation (if applicable);

• Ensure that all relevant procedures linked to handover activities are approved by the Client;

• Guide Turn Over Team in the preparation of the documents required;

• Organize Weekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning Teams for hand over completion according to commissioning prioritization for Mechanical Completion;

• Check the daily / weekly / monthly basis Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers.
When MILEMATE!©is utilized, he/she will supervise the activities of Turn Over Team, or directly perform, the following:

• Arrange MILEMATE!© training for approved user (if applicable).

• Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning Teams to ensure all the deliverables required to build up
the Completion Database in line with the contractual requirements (TAG list/ Family TAG list/ System and subsystem list/Check sheet and ITP/ marked up P& drawings).

• Coordinate with Test Pack Coordinator about uploading and updating defined test pack at site and ISOs related to and with the Loop check Coordinator about uploading and updating defined loop check at site.

• Ensure Subsystems/Check Sheets to each components/TAGS according to approved ITP’s.

• Ensure that all check sheets are imported and verified into MILEMATE!©

• Ensure that all the Punch points are properly characterized in the punch list forms before inputting them to MILEMATE!©

He/She operatively reports to Site Manager
