Store Development Internship

We are looking for a passionate Store Development Intern to join the Experience Department, located in Milan.
Supporting the Store Development & Experience team, you will dive deep into the complexity of global retail expansion. You will learn how to balance creativity with technical constraints and deadlines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Project Orchestration :
Support the Store Development in tracking project milestones for new openings, pop-ups, and renovations, ensuring the "Golden Spirit" is preserved in every detail.
Golden Experience Integration :
Collaborate specifically on the "Experience" side of our stores, helping coordinate the setup special architectural features that define our brand.
Vendor Management :
Assist in communicating with external suppliers, contractors, and local architects, maintaining our high standards of quality and sustainability.
Budget & Procurement :
Help in managing purchase orders and tracking costs to ensure our projects remain as "perfectly imperfect" as planned, but always on budget.
Site Documentation :
Organize and review technical drawings, mood boards, and O&M manuals, ensuring all project documentation is up to date.
Key Requirements
Educational Background :
Student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering Management.
Tech Savvy :
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus; mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
Language Skills :
Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is a great plus given our global footprint.
Mindset :
You are proactive, detail-oriented, hands on
Sensitivity : A deep aesthetic sense and passion for the luxury/fashion industry.
