Edu Talent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026.

The role involves teaching English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme, contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. The school offers a rich and inclusive curriculum, combining inquiry‑based learning and a STEAM approach that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach engaging and well‑structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
Design and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
Assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth

Package and Benefits:

Salary guideline:
Gross Pay + TFR = ~€40,000 total – (negotiable based on experience)
School lunches provided
€250 annual welfare bonus

Requirements:

MUST have full right to work in Italy/EU
MUST have experience teaching IB Diploma Programme English Language & Literature
Minimum C2 level of English proficiency
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Available to start January 2026
