Descrizione dell'attività:
La risorsa di occuperà di gestire il rapporto con i clienti, con la rete di officine e di ricambisti attraverso le piattaforme web condivise, e-mail e telefono.
Si richiede:
- Proattività e capacità di problem solving
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (preferibile patentino ECDL)
- Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Attitudine all'utilizzo degli strumenti di comunicazione (telefono, e-mail)
