As part of our continued growth plans at Rehasense, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to come and join our team as Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for will collaborate on order entry and management, maintaining customer relationships in the domestic market.
Orders registration in the Team System Enterprise ERP;
Tracking orders/controlling shipments by collaborating with the logistics department;
Collaborating with the finance department on administrative support for orders and related documentation;
After-sales service:
Professional experience in a similar position in customer service, sales, or order management
Fluent English written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Permanent full-time job contract, with a National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce
Possibility of one day of remote (smart) working per week (once the probationary period has concluded)
