The ideal candidate will be responsible for will collaborate on order entry and management, maintaining customer relationships in the domestic market.

Your tasks
Orders registration in the Team System Enterprise ERP;
Tracking orders/controlling shipments by collaborating with the logistics department;
Collaborating with the finance department on administrative support for orders and related documentation;
After-sales service:
Collaborating with customers and the sales department to manage complaints, returns, and credit notes;
Requirements
Professional experience in a similar position in customer service, sales, or order management
Knowledge of Team System Enterprise or another comparable ERP system
Fluent English written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Driving license category B
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
