Job Summary
We are looking for an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. The role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate within the EU is required.
Key Responsibilities
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, and billing
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Meet quality standards and performance targets
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
English C1 level or higher
EU citizenship (mandatory)
Willingness to relocate within the European Union
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and adaptability
Flexibility to work shifts if required
