La risorsa scelta si occuperà di supportare i Responsabili di Commessa e gestire le attività di coordinamento tra clienti (privati, condomini e aziende), tecnici e call center esterno.

Responsabilità:

Ricezione e gestione delle segnalazioni/richieste di intervento dei clienti

Supporto ai Responsabili di Commessa nell'organizzazione degli interventi e smistamento delle attività ai tecnici/operai

Monitoraggio della chiusura degli interventi e supporto all'attività di fatturazione

Archiaozione documentale di bolle di lavoro e interventi
