Job Description We are seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our team at Milan La Rinascente, starting from December 15, 2025, for a one-year period. The role will focus on providing exceptional client service and support, particularly during store closing hours and on weekends.
Job Responsibilities Outgoing, customer-focused, and intuitive sense for luxury: strengthen customer relationships and build them through first‑class consultations.
Work with individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training to shine in all customer interactions – from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
Serve as the after‑sales professional, continuing to be a point of contact for all after‑sales topics.
Process first‑class repairs: accept, communicate with the technical team, and return to customer.
Qualifications Experience in the luxury sector, or new starters welcome.
Fluent Italian and English; additional language skills preferred.
Passion for consulting; customer experience important.
