Position: Junior Art Director (m/f/d
About The Job In the role of Art Director at M+C Saatchi Milan, you’ll be responsible for developing strong visual identities and translating ideas into the most appropriate media and channels. You’ll work closely with a Copywriter and collaborate with different teams depending on the project and showcase the ability to manage all project phases, from ideation to production, liaising with producers and creators in the agency.

About You At least 3 years of experience, preferably in agencies with strong social or digital expertise;

The ability to develop 360° communication projects (ATL, BTL, digital, social, etc.), in line with strategic guidelines and briefs;

Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok), trends, and best practices;

Confident with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and InDesign — in short, an Adobe Creative Suite ninja who can visualize, edit, and produce;

Experience on sets and productions, especially digital and social ones;

Curiosity for new formats and expressive languages, with an out-of-the-box mindset;

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;

Flexibility and autonomy.
