Responsibilities

Steering the sales representatives in alignment with the market segment strategy

Leading, coaching, and managing the sales team

Acquisition of new business partners and projects

Development and implementation of sales strategies

Negotiation with and acquisition of strategic customers for the company

Planning and conducting workshops and sales meetings

Monitoring individual employees and their performance indicators

Ensuring the achievement of company targets

Joint customer visits (“tandem appointments”) with sales representatives

Development of new markets and customer segments

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Proven experience in a Leadership or Senior Sales role within the filtration industry or a related.

Value selling competencies with demonstrated success for industrial products.

Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Hands‑on mentality with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long‑term goals.

Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
