We are looking for a Design & Construction Specialist to join our team in Milan. Reporting to the Design & Construction Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management and coordination of all new openings, relocations, and renovation projects for the MBE network Worldwide. Your mission is to ensure that every MBE Center reflects our brand standards through high-quality execution and efficient project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution :
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of store openings, relocations, and renovations in Italy, ensuring projects move from concept to completion smoothly.
Standardization :
Assist in the standardization of centers to guarantee brand uniformity and quality across the network.
Stakeholder Coordination :
Act as a daily point of contact for franchisees, internal departments, and external technical partners.
Vendor Management :
Coordinate with suppliers and local contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitoring & Reporting :
Track project timelines, costs, and quality standards, ensuring all developments remain within budget and on schedule.
Documentation :
Maintain and update technical manuals and guidelines for the Design & Construction Department.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Approximately 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within retail, franchising, or multinational environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Strong communication skills; ability to mediate between different stakeholders and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
