We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and multi-skilled

HR & Office Operations Intern

in a global environment join our team. This is not your typical "sit-at-the-desk" internship; you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that both our people and our workplace run smoothly.
If you are someone who loves variety and wants to understand how a company functions from the inside out—from talent management to logistics—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Support & Administration:
Assisting with the

recruitment process

(posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews).
Handling

onboarding logistics

for new hires (preparing welcome kits, setting up workstations).
Supporting employee record management and internal HR communications.
Supporting in medical examinations, safety courses, and much more
2. Fleet & Travel Coordination:
Managing the

company car fleet

(scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel cards, and coordinating with leasing agencies).
Acting as the primary point of contact for

business travel : booking flights, hotels, and managing expense reports.
3. Office Management & General Services:
Ensuring the office remains a functional and welcoming environment in Italy, France and Germany
Managing relationships with

vendors and suppliers

(office supplies, snacks/catering, facility maintenance).
Assisting in the planning and execution of

company events

and team-building activities.

Who You Are

Education:

Recent graduate or student in HR, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
Multitasking Pro:

You can switch from reviewing a CV to solving a logistics issue without breaking a sweat.
Problem-Solving Mindset:

You don't wait for instructions; you identify needs and propose solutions.
Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically

Excel

and Outlook).
Communication:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as you will be dealing with international travel and diverse teams.
Reliability:

You handle confidential HR data with discretion and manage office tasks with high precision.
