Wealth Management Assistant; intern

Position: Wealth Management Assistant (intern)
The main  mission  is to provide support to the sales team in its daily activities, contributing to the efficient management of operational and administrative aspects and gaining a comprehensive overview of the Wealth Management sector.
The  main activities  which will be carried out by the resource are listed below:
Operational support: collaborate with the team in preparing documentation for clients and updating information in internal systems.
Reporting assistance: support the collection and processing of data necessary for the preparation of periodic reports on client portfolios and activities.
Administrative management: assist colleagues in the management of administrative tasks, such as document filing, deadline verification and KYC information collection.
Customer contact: provide first-level customer support (by telephone or e-mail), always under the supervision of a senior wealth manager
Support for business development activities: collaborate in the preparation of presentations and information materials for customers and for business development activities. xpavfwm

Requirements:
Degree in economics, finance or related subjects (currently studying or recently graduated)
Good organisational skills and attention to details
Team player attitude, precision and confidentiality
Strong interest for the wealth management sector and desire to work in the future in this sector
Good command of Office package and digital tools
Fluent English

Offer:

Remunerated 6 monts internship (potentially renewable for a further six months);
Ideal starting date:  March 23rd 2026
