Contesto e finalità del ruolo
Il ruolo si inserisce all'interno del Dipartimento Finance e supporta la gestione di tutte le attività contabili relative alla rete agenti. Il ruolo è fondamentale per garantire l'élaboration accurata e puntuale delle liquidazioni provvigionali, la corretta gestione dei contributi previdenziali e il rispetto dei controlli interni e delle normative fiscali.

Responsabilità

Controllo periodico del fatturato clienti e degli ordini

Scritture contabili e stanziamenti: accantonamenti mensili, calcolo dei ratei provvigionali e delle indennità

Liquidazione provvigioni: analisi degli incassi ed elaborazione delle liquidazioni periodiche

Contributi previdenziali: predisposizione delle distinte di pagamento e versamento dei contributi

Analisi e reporting: gestione delle anagrafiche agenti, reporting delle liquidazioni provvigionali

Fatture agenti: registrazione e pagamento

Dichiarazioni fiscali: supporto al Responsabile di funzione

Requisiti

Laurea in Economia o diploma di Ragioneria

Un anno di esperienza in ruoli analoghi

Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel

Conoscenza del sistema SAP

Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato
