Accountant (m/w/d)
Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or Lombardy

Responsibilities

• Accessing banking platforms and downloading digital and PDF bank statements

• Importing bank statements into the ERP system and booking bank statements

• Performing clearing of receivables and payables

• Verifying the accuracy and approval of incoming invoices

• Posting incoming and outgoing invoices

• Responsibility for reconciling invoices and payments

• Support in monthly accounting closures with external accounting agency

• Ongoing tracking of invoice disputes as part of the reminder process.

• Coordination with external accounting agency, debtors, and creditors

Expectations

• Degree in Economics or Finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Well-developed expertise in Italian tax matters

• Microsoft Office skills

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Business levels in Italian & English language

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 40.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
