Make an Impact in Every Project
As a Project Support Specialist, you are the link between our customers and internal departments such as Prefab, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales. You step in once a request has been submitted by the customer and take full ownership from that point forward – from translating the request into a clear proposal, drafting the quote, providing technical input, coordinating the commercial offer, to being closely involved in the full execution process until the final delivery.

You participate in negotiations alongside the account manager, monitor timelines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
The projects you’ll be working on are highly diverse and technical in nature, ranging from Rooftop Solutions to Fire Protection Systems, Sanitary, HVAC, and MEP. You’re skilled at translating customer needs into actionable plans, and you navigate smoothly between external contacts and internal colleagues. Within the team, you’re the one keeping the overview and making sure everything runs smoothly from request to delivery – including the final handover.

Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a bonus, but we’re happy to train you. Most importantly, you bring the right attitude: eager to learn, proactive, and structured in your approach and communication. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively in Dutch.
