Overview
Role: Lead Senior IT Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay Rate Range: $85 – $90 hour

Key Responsibilities- Lead a large-scale enterprise IT initiative involving migration from a legacy data warehouse to a modern cloud-based platform
- Own full project delivery across the SDLC from initiation through implementation and closeout
- Partner closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and business units to drive project success
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Lead vendor coordination and cross-functional delivery teams
- Utilize project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar platforms
- Develop project plans, cost analysis, status reporting, and executive-level updates
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices
- Act as a hands-on, senior-level project leader rather than a purely administrative PM
Skills and Qualifications
- Senior-level IT Project Management experience leading enterprise software development and implementation projects
- Proven experience managing data warehouse or large-scale data-focused initiatives
- Strong understanding of full SDLC and IT delivery methodologies
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Experience working with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Jira
- Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment
- True senior/lead PM mindset with hands-on delivery experience
- Confident working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong risk and dependency management skills
- Adaptable and able to step into an in-flight project
- Comfortable working in hybrid or remote environments aligned to CST hours
- Pay:
