Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, keeping carts ready and available, and helping members load their vehicles.

You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Work in fast-paced environments and multitask to meet member needs.
• Keep member satisfaction as your top priority.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem solve and tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Organize carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and improve processes.
