Overview
The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Records Clerk in the Fleet Services Department. The incumbent coordinates the input and retrieval of all Fleet data and analyzes the vehicle and equipment data for the Fleet Services Department. - Coordinate the input and retrieval of all Fleet data.
- Analyze vehicle and equipment data for the Fleet Services Department.
- Administrative tasks and a series of routine procedures.
- May occasionally fill in for the Parts Room Manager in his absence.
- High school diploma or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation), plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in inventory control and administrative supervision experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge in the service area of a Fleet Services operation is desirable.
- Basic: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and be insurable.
Starting Salary: $18.5165/hr. w/benefits. Salary: $18.51 per hour.
