Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of Bighorn Roofing on the ground, ensuring our customers remain dry and secure.

• Diagnostics
  • Perform leak diagnostics and assess roof conditions to determine appropriate solutions
• Execution
  • Complete roof repairs, general maintenance, and minor installations
  
  • Work on both residential and commercial properties
• Customer Service
  • Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers
• Documentation
  • Accurately document work performed and materials used
• Safety
  • Follow all safety protocols
  
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Logistics
  • Operate company-provided vehicles and tools with care

Qualifications

• Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or skilled trades
  • Roofing experience preferred
• Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Independence
  • Ability to work independently and manage field tasks effectively

  Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
