Join Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In‑Home Euthanasia & Aftercare as an in‑home veterinarian. Our mission is to support pets and families during end‑of‑life care, providing compassionate hospice and euthanasia services in the comfort of the pet’s home.

About the Position

• Serve 3‑4 appointments per day with self‑managed scheduling.
• Provide in‑home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets.
• Guide families making end‑of‑life decisions.
• Build relationships with local veterinary clinics as an extension of their care.
• Enjoy a mobile practice with minimal administrative duties.
• Receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and quarterly productivity bonuses.
• Work 2‑5 days per week, most appointments 9 am‑5 pm.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted, and to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable with prolonged driving and use of medical tools.
