Your Role:

As Director of Nursing, you'll lead and inspire our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all nursing services and clinical systems
  • Developing and maintaining nursing programs, policies, and procedures
  • Driving quality assurance and compliance initiatives
  • Coordinating nursing care with other departments and services
  • Participating in state/federal surveys and audits
  • Mentoring and supporting your team to create a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Leading discharge planning efforts and resident care coordination
  • Providing regular reports and insights to the Administrator

What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing (Utah)
  • Associate degree required
    , bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of successful nursing leadership in a long‑term care or geriatric setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate about geriatric care and team development
  • Committed to ethical, resident-focused leadership
