Associate Director of Amazon and Marketplace Growth
Location: Midvale, UT
Remote Status: Remote
ZAGG is seeking a highly analytical and performance‑driven Associate Director of Marketplace Growth to own and scale our presence across Amazon, Walmart and secondary marketplaces. This role requires deep platform expertise and a proven track record of scaling marketplace growth through data‑driven campaign management and strategic keyword governance. Reporting to ZAGG’s Head of Growth Marketing & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketplace ecosystem, balancing aggressive customer acquisition with long‑term organic rank protection.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution of a sophisticated Amazon Advertising (AMS) strategy leveraging Amazon media and off‑Amazon tactics to maximize profitability while growing topline year over year
- Establish and maintain a rigorous keyword governance and management framework across 1,000+ ASINS
- Optimize high‑velocity Sponsored Product (SP) campaigns to deliver against specific ROAS and TACoS targets
- Research, identify, and draft test plans utilizing various levers like media, creative and pricing
- Partner with creative and merchandising to optimize creative assets for marketplace conversion
- Manage day‑to‑day agency relationships and assume hands‑on platform optimization as necessary
- Build robust reporting dashboards and explore advanced attribution solutions via AMC
- Develop and lead media plans for new product introductions to secure Best Seller badges and high‑velocity organic ranking from day one
- Oversee day‑to‑day management and growth of Tik Tok Shops and Amazon Affiliate relationships
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Amazon commerce growth, preferably with a high‑volume sub‑$50 price point brand with high SKU and variant counts
- Proven experience autonomously running and scaling Amazon 1P/3P accounts with 8‑figure annual sales
- Deep proficiency in keyword research and ranking tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and automated bid management platforms
- Major Plus:
Analytical expertise to build out reporting dashboards in Power
BI and lead ad‑hoc analyses - Collaborative mindset with ability to partner with various teams including supply chain, merchandising, creative, etc.
