The Maintenance, Fleet & Production Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, readiness, and availability of ATS rental equipment while also supporting light production and assembly activities related to new builds, retrofits, and system upgrades.

This role blends hands‑on mechanical work, fleet maintenance, production coordination, and customer‑facing support to ensure safe, efficient operations and timely delivery of equipment. The position plays a key role in maintaining fleet readiness, supporting new product builds, coordinating logistics movements of equipment, and managing customer service activities—including check‑ins, routine maintenance scheduling, shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and technical support—while continuously improving internal that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and support ATS equipment, rental fleet, and production workflows
  • Manage maintenance scheduling, repairs, and coordination for fleet equipment
  • Use Asana and Salesforce to track tasks, assets, maintenance records, and equipment status
  • Coordinate customer communication, check‑ins, maintenance scheduling, and technical support
  • Support production builds through assembly assistance, testing, staging, and final preparation
  • Coordinate parts ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor and logistics communications
  • Manage shipping logistics, equipment movements, and order fulfillment tracking
  • Monitor and communicate equipment availability, production progress, and repair status
  • Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and deployment documentation
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recurring maintenance issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Leadership to support fleet readiness and production goals
Requirements Required
  • Hands‑on mechanical, maintenance, or technical experience.
  • Ability to assist with equipment assembly and light fabrication tasks.
  • Basic CRM data accuracy (Sales Force preferred)
  • Task or project management
  • System navigation and troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with rental equipment, industrial systems, or water treatment equipment.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and inventory tracking.
