We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, proactive and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily workflows and provide supportive leadership to a motivated team.
In this role, you’ll enjoy a mix of essential office administration and on–the-road tasks-delivering and collecting vehicles to ensure every partner and customer receives a seamless, outstanding experience.

- Ensure the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles, meeting both Company standards and customer expectations.
- Support the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day team coordination and operational tasks.
- Act as key escalation point for urgent matters and operational challenges in the absence of a manager, helping to maintain seamless branch operations.
- Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
- A full and clean driver’s license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
- Physical ability to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Exceptional customer service skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
