We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to lead the administration, compliance, and optimization of health, welfare, and retirement programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role serves as a subject matter expert and plays a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated benefit offerings while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer U.S. and Canadian health, welfare, and retirement plans in compliance with applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.
  • Configure and maintain benefits enrollment systems, including managing eligibility processes and resolving data feed issues (HCM experience required; Dayforce or similar preferred).
  • Lead open enrollment activities including system updates, communications, and employee support.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices and manage billing accuracy.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex benefits inquiries.
  • Support audits, regulatory filings, and required disclosures.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to ensure service levels and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct benchmarking and cost analysis to support strategic benefits decisions.
  • Contribute to benefits communications, wellness initiatives, life event administration, and COBRA processes.
  • Support benefits integration activities related to organizational changes.
Qualifications
  • 4–6+ years of progressive benefits administration experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations;
    Canadian benefits experience highly preferred.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting benefits systems and data feeds.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven project management and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • CEBS, GBA/RPA, PHR, or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel during open enrollment periods.
