Work schedule:

Monday–Friday 9:30 am–6:00 pm, rotating Saturdays 8:00 am–4:00 pm.

• Monitor various fraud detection queues and reports.
• Analyze and review trends and customer account activity to identify potential fraud.
• Make outbound calls to verify potential fraudulent activity.
• Take calls regarding fraud issues from internal and external sources.
• Investigate suspicious alerts.
• Analyze information for closing, opening, or blocking of cards when needed.
• Assist the investigation team as required.
• Prepare reports, monitor progress, and watch for emerging problems.
• Work with cardholders to verify legitimate use and minimize losses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of bank card or related experience.
• Basic understanding of principles, theories, and concepts.
• Basic knowledge of credit and bank card products, operations, collections, and customer service.
• Fraud or investigative experience preferred.
• Strong decision‑making, prioritization, customer service, analytical, investigative, and PC skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
