We are seeking a Product Manager to support product strategy and execution across our international markets, including EMEA, ANZ, and parts of APAC. This role acts as a key bridge between regional commercial teams and global product organizations to ensure our products align with regional market needs, pricing targets, and competitive positioning.
The Product Manager will help drive product launches, regional product adaptations, and new product requests, while coordinating closely with sales, finance, operations, and global product teams.
Because this role supports multiple global regions, candidates must be comfortable starting their workday early (Salt Lake City time) to collaborate with teams across EMEA and Asia-Pacific time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the dedicated product management resource for EMEA, ANZ, and select APAC markets.
- Support product categories including protection, power, and productivity accessories.
- Provide regional insights to help inform global product roadmaps and priorities.
- Build a structured framework to gather and consolidate regional market intelligence, including competitor products, feature sets, pricing, and marketing claims.
- Receive, validate, and triage new product requests from international commercial teams.
- Coordinate with global product teams to evaluate feasibility, timelines, and potential product development.
- Initiate and support product development efforts to meet regional specifications and pricing requirements.
- Provide product recommendations or modifications to align existing products with regional target specs and price points.
- Prepare IFQs (Internal Forecast Quotes) and develop regional pricing proposals in collaboration with finance, operations, product, and sales teams.
- Support international tender responses by recommending appropriate products, pricing structures, and specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with operational capabilities and margin targets.
- Manage and coordinate regional product launch initiatives.
- Ensure product processes are followed for international markets including SKU setup, packaging localization, regulatory requirements, and product documentation.
- Partner closely with regional operations and product teams to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with global product management teams to align international market needs with broader product strategy.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to support customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure successful product implementation in international markets.
- Provide regular product updates and roadmap communication to the international sales and commercial community.
- Ensure regional stakeholders remain informed about upcoming products, timelines, and product changes.
- 3–6+ years of product management, product operations, or product program management experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and product initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work across global teams and time zones.
- Experience working with consumer electronics or accessory products.
- Exposure to international markets (EMEA, APAC, ANZ).
- Familiarity with project or program management software.
- Experience supporting product launches or regional product adaptations.
- Experience supporting tenders, bids, or complex commercial proposals.
