Systems Administrator KZN Hub

You will be responsible for, amongst other duties:

• Verifying
• Reporting on postponed orders
• Printing labels for picking after confirming and printing POD
• Briefing and debriefing (when handing over PODs to drivers, check if they all have their driver's license)
• Working on Manhattan, WMS, dashboard reports, and write-offs
• Monitoring inbound (trucks to be received and communicating with the team)
• Completing and closing of loads
• Sending Delivery Service Reports
• Reallocating damaged stock and endorsements
• Reporting on refunded orders
• Reporting on RMs (customer complaints)
• Ensuring order fulfillment is achieved
• Conducting daily cycle counts

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
