Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full stack Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the telecommunications sector, contributing to the development and deployment of scalable, cloud-native solutions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team working in a hybrid model, with a strong focus on backend and cloud infrastructure, while also contributing to frontend development where needed.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Build and deploy scalable services using Node.js, Spring Boot, and Azure Functions.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform on Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dev Ops, QA, and Product Owners.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.

• Backend:
  Node.js, Spring Boot
• Cloud:
  Microsoft Azure (including Azure Functions)
• Infrastructure as Code:
  Terraform
• Frontend: (Not specified, but fullstack experience is expected)

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Functions and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Experience in the Telco industry.
• Familiarity with MTN systems or similar enterprise environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Roodepoort or Midrand), 2 days remote.
