A fast-growing organisation within the medical aesthetics sector is seeking an experienced and driven Aesthetics Sales Consultant to work both on the road and in the office, Monday to Friday.

The role is responsible for promoting and selling advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare products to medical aesthetic clinicians and plastic surgeons. This position requires a strong blend of product knowledge, relationship management, and sales expertise to deliver an exceptional professional client experience while achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and skincare products to medical aesthetic clinicians and plastic surgeons.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with health care practitioners.
  • Conduct professional consultations and educate clients on product benefits, protocols, and outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and meet monthly KPIs within the assigned region.
  • Convert leads into sales and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain strong product and industry knowledge, including trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure effective use and visibility of marketing materials in line with product strategies.
  • Provide ongoing client support, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate administrative, sales, and reporting records.
  • Comply with company quality standards, SOPs, and operational requirements
Requirements
  • Certification or formal training in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, retail, or a client-facing role within the aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic, or beauty industry.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatment technologies such as laser, facials, injectables, chemical peels, and body treatments.
  • Existing relationships with health care practitioners.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional, client-focused approach with a strong service ethic.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
