SHIFTS:

Monday to Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm
Closed on weekends & major public holidays
Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

R21,100 Cost to Company (Gross)
Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% - 10%)
Sales Incentives & Bonuses earned on new accounts opened
Company Petrol Card
Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
Product allowance (monthly)
Communications & Data Allowance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Based in Midrand / Centurion or Pretoria

Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology

On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries

Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role

Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving

Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate

Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable

Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members

Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches

Able to travel to other areas of Gauteng (North), as well as out of Province to Mpumalanga &

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Internationally accredited certification

Cruise Ship employment experience

Spa Manager experience (on land or sea)

Holistic & Wellness Therapies

Pharmaceutical Sales
