General Manager – B2B Sales | Roodepoort | Telecommunications Job Purpose
To achieve targets set forth within the key accounts sales department and assist in maximising the sales team’s/company’s potential. Develop and implement strategies to build/maintain new/existing fruitful relationships with relevant stakeholders/customers as required.
Responsibilities- Achieve 100% of sales turnover target by the end of each month; measured by % sales turnover target; tracked by system (studio) monthly.
- Achieve 100% of product target on a YTD timeframe; measured by % of product turnover target; tracked by system (studio) monthly.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and activities as required to meet sales goals.
- Identify threats, opportunities and trends concerning key accounts and communicate information regarding this to relevant company team members.
- Network, develop and follow up on business leads.
- Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potentials.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor’s status.
