OverviewAre you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale enterprise transformation deals? We are looking for a SAP Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales, manage key accounts and close multimillion deals. The role is responsible for leading strategic SAP solution sales with enterprise clients, driving large-scale digital transformation deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The incumbent in this role acts as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, managing high-value accounts and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP solutions (ERP, S/4
HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, etc.). - Drive multimillion-rand/dollar deals through consultative solution selling.
- Achieve growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop account strategy and territory planning;
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts;
- Implement strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with the stakeholders together with the Business.
- Collaborate with SAP partners, system integrators, and delivery teams to craft tailored value-driven proposals.
- Act as the thought leader and strategic partner for customers on digital transformation journeys.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 7 years in enterprise software sales, proven SAP/ERP deal experience.
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise software deals.
- Works independently, leads complex deals, responsible for revenue delivery.
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding multimillion targets.
- Experience in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
- Advanced negotiation & closing skills.
- Executive presence & consultative selling.
- Exceptional C-level engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of SAP product suite and enterprise IT landscape.
- Strong business acumen and ability to demonstrate ROI.
- Sound values with high integrity.
- Effective communicator at all levels.
- Mature individual with high level of emotional intelligence.
