Overview

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale enterprise transformation deals? We are looking for a SAP Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales, manage key accounts and close multimillion deals. The role is responsible for leading strategic SAP solution sales with enterprise clients, driving large-scale digital transformation deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The incumbent in this role acts as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, managing high-value accounts and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP solutions (ERP, S/4

    HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, etc.).
  • Drive multimillion-rand/dollar deals through consultative solution selling.
  • Achieve growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop account strategy and territory planning;
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts;
  • Implement strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with the stakeholders together with the Business.
  • Collaborate with SAP partners, system integrators, and delivery teams to craft tailored value-driven proposals.
  • Act as the thought leader and strategic partner for customers on digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 7 years in enterprise software sales, proven SAP/ERP deal experience.
  • Proven track record in closing large enterprise software deals.
  • Works independently, leads complex deals, responsible for revenue delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding multimillion targets.
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Advanced negotiation & closing skills.
  • Executive presence & consultative selling.
