Salary: R900,000 – R1,500,000 per annum

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy for the Africa & Middle East (AME) region
, focusing on Small Business and Accountants.
- Lead the AME Small & Accountants marketing strategy and execution, aligned with regional revenue targets.
- Own and deliver demand generation plans across customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
- Interlock with regional leadership, sales, and performance teams to optimise outcomes.
- Set and manage the strategic and tactical marketing plan across all relevant channels.
- Drive weekly trading performance reviews and optimisation through strong interlock with sales and global campaign hubs.
- Manage marketing budget, reporting on key KPIs including units, ARR, trials, SQOs, MQLs, CPA, and LTV:
CAC. - Collaborate closely with UKIA digital and campaign teams to prioritise and execute high-performing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports and one intern, while influencing broader marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven success in performance-driven, sales-led environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of hitting marketing KPIs.
- Deep understanding of digital and assisted sales funnels; B2B, B2C, and channel marketing experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in digital and field marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience working in matrixed organisations and managing multi-team collaboration.
- High levels of accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
