As Commercial Director, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Strategy: Formulating the sales strategy and achieving defined revenue targets for our technology-driven retail and banking solutions.
- Bid Leadership: Leading and negotiating major bids and solution-based contracts on optimal commercial and risk terms.
- Commercial Governance: Ensuring the appropriate application of pricing, risk management, and commercial contract terms across all product lines.
- Strategic Partnerships: Developing high-level relationships and account management with major retailers, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- New Business Development: Generating new revenue streams within the cash-tech and secure-logistics sectors.
- Synergy Management: Coordinating multiple role players to maximize cross-selling opportunities between hardware, software, and service offerings.

- Collaboration: Working closely with Technical, Software, and Operational teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and sharing best practices across our global centers of excellence.
- Qualification: A relevant formal tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, or Technology preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in business development and negotiating large-scale technology or service bids with Multinational Companies and Financial Institutions.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, marketing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to navigate complex commercial frameworks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in the fintech and security landscapes.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in a high-performance environment.
