Overview
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Golf Project Manager to join our client’s team in Midrand. As a Golf Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing organisational and financial objectives by effectively managing multiple golf events and projects. This role aims to achieve financial targets through professional event and project management methodologies, ensuring successful implementation and management of golf sponsorship accounts and projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships, including creating commercial proposals and strategiesOversee marketing content and player managementUnderstand and manage client deliverables and contractual agreementsCommunicate effectively with clients through meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and updatesPrepare creative presentations and budgets for tenders and proposalsOversee budgeting and financial reporting for all allocated eventsEnsure new business targets are met and financial processes are adhered toDeliver sponsorship rights as per client contractsManage all aspects of sponsorship including financial, project, broadcast, media, and logistical elementsRequirements
Relevant Diploma/Degree qualificationMinimum 5 years of experience in Event/Project ManagementSolid hands-on experience with large supplier accounts in a high-pressure environmentProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsWillingness to travel and work overtime as neededAdaptability to a diverse workload and dynamic work environmentAbility to handle stressful situations and challenging clientsProfessionalism in executive/client-level interactionsBenefits
