We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analytics & Insights Specialist with a strong blend of technical capability, commercial thinking, and the ability to turn data into operationalized, business‑ready solutions.

You will be responsible for taking complex datasets, identifying the signals that matter, and converting them into actionable insights that influence strategy across the business. The ideal candidate not only understands data, but understands the business story behind it — someone who can think critically, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a measurable impact.

• Integrating data from multiple sources and identifying meaningful trends
• Developing and implementing operationalized, scalable data solutions
• Strong experience in predictive modelling and machine‑learning approaches
• Deep customer analytics exposure, including:
  • Segmentation
  • Profitability
  • Behavioural analytics
  • Telematics data
• Proven ability to translate analytics into measurable business outcomes

• Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Experience:
  • 5–8+ years in analytics and insights, preferably within a commercially driven environment
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous
  • Comfort working with large, complex datasets and modern data environments

• Build predictive models that directly influence operational and strategic outcomes
• Lead analytical initiatives that impact core business performance
• Work with stakeholders who value insight‑driven thinking
• Help shape the analytics culture and contribute to continuous improvement
