We are looking for a UX/UI Product Manager to shape intuitive, engaging, and technically feasible digital experiences. This role works closely with developers and other internal stakeholders throughout the full workflow, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and release. You’ll not only design user-centered solutions but also contribute to the entire product lifecycle by validating concepts, managing developments, and ensuring smooth alignment between user needs and technical execution.
Position
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs as required.
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI and design practices to ensure best-in-class user experiences.
- Ensure an intuitive and simplistic user journey is maintained in designs and workflows
- Take a mobile first approach to all designs
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable workflows and specifications.
- Develop workflows and user journeys that solve business and customer needs.
- Take ownership of assigned systems and developments, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Propose new features and requirements that support product growth and scalability.
- Build and maintain low-level roadmaps for short- and medium-term product developments.
- Track progress of ongoing developments and manage developers assigned to your tickets.
Application Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Multimedia Design or relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a hybrid technical role.
- Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
