We are seeking experienced leaders who combine strategic excellence with deep technology and business fluency to advise CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior executives across Africa and beyond.

It equips you with an end to end understanding of Total Enterprise Reinvention to a holistic and continuous transformation that reimagines strategy, experience, operating models, value creation and technology foundations for organisations to thrive in a world of constant disruption.

• Advise executives on technology assessments, business value cases, technology business management and value optimisation, enterprise architecture programmes, as a service models, operating model transformations and technology strategies
• Lead and guide high performing teams to execute complex technology initiatives with precision and flexibility
• Shape and deliver large scale technology enabled business transformations across industries or within sectors such as financial services, consumer goods, retail, resources or telecoms and technology
• Collaborate with global experts, leverage Accenture’s innovation ecosystem and partner with leading technology companies for sustained client success
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to market shaping insights on the future of technology strategy
• Mentor and develop Africa’s future technology leaders through deliberate coaching and engagement

• 5 to 15 years’ experience in strategy consulting
  , technology advisory or digital transformation
• Background in Tier 1 to 3 strategy companies strongly preferred
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Passion for technology as a strategic growth driver
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high impact environments with C suite exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred

• Exposure to C suite clients shaping the digital agendas of Africa’s leading companies
