Over two immersive weeks, you’ll work alongside our consultants to solve strategic challenges for some of Africa’s most influential organisations, helping them grow, transform, and compete in an AI-powered future. This is not observation. It is contribution.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
Across the programme, you will:
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve real client challenges, from growth strategy to operational transformation.
Drive your own work streams

Explore the intersection of strategy and technology

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Attributes)
We’re looking for final-year students who demonstrate both capability and character.
You must be:
Completing your final year of study in 2026
Maintaining a 65%+ university average
Able to be at our Midrand office for the full two weeks
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Degrees:
Commerce
BCom General, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Information Technology
Master of Management in Commerce fields
Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce
Engineering:
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering
Computer Science
