dis-chem pharmacies’ in midrand has an opportunity available for a human resource business partner to join the team. The main purpose of this role will be to deliver integrated, value‑adding people & culture partnership across the assigned function (s). Provides management and employee support, drives people initiatives, and ensures operational p&c delivery that aligns with business priorities. The individual is a trusted advisor to line management, enabling a high-performance culture, supporting workforce readiness, and embedding dis-chem's people strategy and culture framework (formula for success).
